Tons of Question...

So I've been married for seven years and with the same man for ten years. We have tried to conceive with no luck for some time. We have never got to serious and spoke to a doctor my husband is afraid that it will be on him and I will leave him because he can't give me a baby. So I will give you a little background and maybe you can tell me what I can try at home first. He has had his sperm checked and they were low and slow is there anything he can do to help this or....? I was on the depo shot for many years in high school and have just got back to being regular in the last two years. I'm not sure what else to say or that you may need to know. We are both 30 years old. Any advice or information would be great. Thanks
do you have a fertility accupuncturist by you..if so, you guys could both do that. other than that, i dont have any assistance to offer, but i hope you guys get lucky soon. i know how tough it can be on a relationship..
I'm not sure if we have a fertility accupuncturist near us I will have to do some research and see if I can find one.... Also has anyone had luck keeping track of you temperature? How do I go about this or can anyone give me a good website to research this a little more. Thanks Again
It can be very hard on a marriage if you are struggling with getting pregnant, but it's important to know that you are in it together. I think it would be a great idea for you to chart your Basal Body Temperature (BBT). It can give you important information on your cycle, whether you are ovulating, if your luteal phase is long enough and if you have a cervical mucus friendly environment ;) Here are some articles that talk about it, along with a link to our Fertility Charting forum. The CL on there is very knowledgeable and would love to answer any questions you might have. Have you had any testing beyond the sperm analysis?

You should look into fertilaid for your husband http://www.early-pregnancy-tests.com/feformenwil.html
I think the best book for charting is taking charge of your fertility. That book taught me everything about charting and fertility. As for charting I like to use Fertility Friend online, I have tried others but like this one way more. Charting will tell you a lot about your cycle, you need a basal thermometer. preseed might also help the sperm get to where they are going, we used it and it helped.
