You can BD all you want if there is not sperm issue! That's what they say!

I actually think you have BD'ed too much. I spoke to my nurse on Monday, and she told me that you should have sex every other day during your fertlie times regardless of the sperm count. I've also read that it takes up to 48 hours for sperm to replenish.

I've heard the every-other-day rule too, although I've also heard of fertility specialists saying some couples should bd every 12 hours.

I don't think you can BD'd too much (unless your man has a low sperm count)...I was told by my Dr. that we can dtd as much as we like, because there is no sperm count issues, we don't have to adhere to the every other day rule.....because you can't "overdose on sperm" - those were his words, no joke!

Honestly I'm a registered nurse and I don't believe that you can BD too much. You guys are so young and your fertility is probably 100% normal. BD it up! There is no reason you can have too much of a good thing.

I've read that couples who BD everyday get pg more quickly than couples who BD every other day.
