Hi all..
I have a question about my charts as I am unable to translate the word LUTEAL, and till now I don't know what it means. Can any one explain a little this word for me.
Thanks
Lama

"Luteal"=of or relating to the corpus luteum; eg, the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle
So I looked up "corpus luteum." Corpus luteum is "a reddish yellow mass of progesterone-secreting endocrine tissue that forms from a ruptured graafian follicle in the mammalian ovary."
Which led to me looking up "graafian follicle," which is "a vesicle in a mammal ovary enclosing a developing egg."
Basically, the luteal phase is the time of your menstrual cycle from the release of the egg to menses. It is the time when a fertilized egg will implant and begin to grow or not, in which case you get AF.
Hope this helps.
