The typical BBT chart is "biphasic" - that is, there are two phases of distinct temperature ranges, including a range of low temps pre-O and a series of high temps post-O (1DPO until AF arrives).
In most pregnant women, they will see their charts become "triphasic," or exhibit 3 different temperature ranges (instead of the usual 2). These charts have a series of low temps pre-O, a series of high temps post-O (1DPO until about 7DPO), and then another series of even higher temps after that. The reason is when pregnant, you begin producing additional progesterone, so your temps get even higher.
So... if you see your chart go triphasic, it should be a good sign!
