Hi!

Signs that ovulation is about to occur:

1) Many women experience eggwhite-quality cervical fluid. This is when you are most fertile.

2) A positive OPK.

Signs that you are ovulating:

1) Some women experience cramping or sharp pains on either side (or both sides) of their abdomens. Personally, I just generally get crampy all over and usually have accompanying lower back pain. A girlfriend of mine can only feel when she ovulates on one side of her body, every other month. Some women also experience nipple tenderness and slight nausea during this time.

Signs that you have ovulated:

1) Eggwhite cervical fluid generally dries up within hours of ovulation.

2) If you rely on BBT, your temperature will go up by about .4 degrees (on average) after ovulation.

HTH!

Keri
