I have been off bc for almost four months now, and nothing seems to be happening. I am thinking about getting an ovulation predictor test for this month to see if it helps. I want a summer baby so my time is running out. Any ideals from anyone on sure ways to know when you are ovulating?

I am using an ovulation prediction kit (OPK) this month. Some ladies take temps and check cervical mucus too. But this is my first month trying so I haven't started all that yet. I am sure some one else will have some good ideas for you!

You might try charting your BBT (basal body temperature) and your CM (cervical mucus). The best resources are:

1. The book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler... THE babymaking bible - I can't recommend it highly enough

2. The website at www.fertilityfriend.com has a free tool to help you with your charts

Good luck to you!
