TTC and amenorrhea

I struggled with an eating disorder for 6 years and developed amenorrhea. I was on birth control pills, so it masked the problem. After I got off the pills to TTC, my period never returned. I was advised to gain weight, and was put back on birth control pills due to low bone density. This was almost three months ago. Since then, I have gained 10 lbs (I'm 5'3 and weigh 120 lbs now)I'd like to just finish up this 3rd month of BC pills and get off of them to see if my body will resume my cycle. I am worried about my low bone density though. I am scared that if my body doesn't resume my cycle, then it will further hurt my bones. However, I'm taking calcium, Vitamin D, boron, Vitamin K and magnesium religiously to help my bones. I'm also considering taking Estrotone (a non hormonal supplement, have you heard of this?) to further help promote bone density while off the pill. I want so much to be OFF birth control pills, but don't want to promote damage to my bones. What do you think I should do, go ahead and get off BC pills and let my body try to get back to normal while continuing to take my vitamins to help my bone density, or stay on BC pills for longer? Do you think 3 months is enough time?
