My husband and I have been ttc for over a year now with no luck. We have been using the otk and cervix position the whole nine yards. And we finally decided to just stop trying so hard and let god make the choices. Ok so I went to the ob yesterday just to ask some questions not regarding babies or pregnancy. My af came a couple days early with severe cramps

I know this must be a scary and exciting time for you right now, but if there was something to be concerned about, I'm sure your doctor would have discussed it with you. If you had any more questions, I'd call the doctor back or make another appointment to discuss it in further detail and write down all your questions. Just trust in your doctor and pray to God for peace while you are waiting. Let us know what happens, Tracey.

Try to be cautiously optimistic (although it's not as easy as it sounds). Did she do a urine or blood test on you? Being in limbo is stressful, and hope you'll have more answers next week. It's common to have early bleeding and cramping, and to then have a healthy pregnancy. Sending you lots of P&PTs!

Like you said you are going to let God do the work. That is a great decision. I think if your doctor told you to check there is hope you could be preggo. On the otherhand, if you are not then just keep trying and go back to your doctor to let her know you have been trying for a year without result.

Let's hope you are preggo and you will not have to worry about that. When I got preggo with my #1 (currently trying for #2) it was unexpected because I was on the rythem method and had oh oh moment....I had cramps, breast swollen, back ache, and a cold that wouldn't go away for three weeks. That is why I went to the dr, she did a pregnancy test the first week and it came negative then a week later I am back complaining of this cold and she did another pregnancy test, where we got a positive. Maybe in your case is the same, you are expecting.

Yes she ordered a urine test and told me it would probably be neg. which it was but she told me to check again in a week. And she knows very much so about us ttc. She actually ask me before the exam if i would consider a hsg even though i was leaving it in gods hands. I said sure and then the exam came and she ordered one right then and ther. She is saying this all from the feel of my cervix. I would love to think that she is the doc and knows what she sees, but dr are wrong sometimes to. Although she looked very convinced

You should ask for a blood test, they can be more accurate than a urine test. I am TTC #1 my mind would be going crazy right now and I'd be running to the store for preg tests. Good luck hun!
