I am a 35 year old who has been TTC for the last five years. 4 years ago we did two rounds of AFI then decided we would become foster parents. I now have three beautiful kids. In jan I went to a fertility dr because I didn't think I was ovulating, found out that I am, but that my reserve is at a 10 and another test of egg reserve wasn't even on the chart. I also in my mind knew something wasn't right and opted to have laproscopay surgery in feb. I found out I had stage two/three endometrious. Which would explain the infertility. My question is has anyone become pregnant with a low reserve and is there anything you can take naturally to increase the chances of becoming pregnant. Any suggestions to increase my chances is appreciated.

I'm sorry. With such a low egg reserve, I'm not sure there is anything you can do other than IVF, although I'm no expert by any means. Did your fertility doctor have any suggestions for you?

Before my surgery he was very adement that IVF was the only waY. Once he realized I had the endo he said we could still try naturally or use chlomid or shots. I don,t want to anything fertility related, but wouldn't mind anything natural.

Welcome to the board!  it sounds like your doctor thinks you still have a chance to try other methods first.  There are some natural methods you can try, I think you'll get some good information at this link:

Does he think that your ovarian reserve is higher than originally thought?  Based on those results, you might not want to wait to long before moving to Clomid or shots.
