GM, Ladies! It's Tuesday Tips day! I would like to hear all your tips today on increasing male fertility. We are dealing alot here on what we can do for ourselves, lets hear about what we can do for DH/SO's swimmers!

They recommended: "To drive your man wild and boost his fertility, give him a whiff of lily of the valley. Sperm get excited and double their speed when exposed to the scent." Again, I don't know if it really works, but as long as you're not allergic to lily of the valley, it never hurts to try, right? :)

From what I know, anything that keeps them constricted and/or warm, including cycling, hot tubs, etc..., is a bad thing...so maybe your DH could find another activity for a little while?! Although it's very good that you're both exercising...kudos for that!

Vitamins help- Vit C and E are great- a little bit of zinc is good, but not too much. Any antioxidants will help clean up DH's system to make those swimmers healthier!
Drinking a strong coffee before bding will help give DH's swimmers a little caffein kick-boost that motility!
