Unexpected BFP?

Hey ladies! I have been missing for a bit. It's been several rounds of provera/clomid. This month we were doing the clomid with the specialists along with timed intercourse etc. Went in Monday to sign consents and found out we had a surprise!!! During the ultrasound you could see a sac and all the early signs of a pg forming. Talk about a shock! I didnt even know if/when I ovulated. Needless to say I am in shock and disbelief, since then I've taken two hpt.... Only symptoms are sore and swollen breasts fatigue out of this world. Oh and before Monday I felt faint and hot like flushed like I was about to pass out. But other than that I dont know I just dont feel it. It's scary
