Do you think it makes it a little harder to conceive if you are a vegetarian? I have been a vegetarian for almost 15 years and would eat meat if I thought it would help with getting pregnant... What do you think?

I'm not a vegetarian, but I eat very little meat.

I don't think it makes a difference. I have been a vegetarian for about 16 years. But I did start eating fish occassionally about two years ago because I was worried I wouldn't be getting enough protein. I try to make sure I get enough protein from beans and things like seitan/wheat gluten. I've heard it's not good to have too much soy, so I try to limit that. It's also a little harder to get iron. My doctor said as long as I eat a lot of green leafy
