Hi! CBEFM stands for Clear Blue Easy Fertility Monitor. You are correct, it is another way of predicting your ovulation.

Yes I have it and I love it!!!! It is a bit pricey so if you were interested in it I would try and score adeal on ebay first. I got mine brand new with a 3 months supply of testing strips for just under 100 bucks!!

I had been ttc for a year with no luck the first time I used it I got pregnant with my son, unfortunatly he was still born so im back here ttc again. this is my 3rd cycle using it with no luck but let me tell you it really decreases the stress ttc makes! I know EXACTLY when I O theres no guessing and it tells me 2 days before I O so I can get the most out of my BD. Before i got the monitor I was using OPK's and I had such a hard time reading them and sometimes I never got a positive so i was constantly guessing and missing my O.

heres a link to how it works etc.

click on the button that reads "see how easy it is to use"

No problem!

Im sorry to hear about your daughter too, have you looked at the TTC after a still born/infant loss board? The girls there are amazing. This board is great too but I think in our situation TTC comes with alot of different emotions then it does with someone who hasnt experianced a loss.

I hope you get that BFP fast and you wont need the monitor afterall!

Sorry to hear about your loss. I have not used it yet, but have heard of some very positive experiences. Good luck to you!

Hi Tara,

I would just reiterate what Alisha was saying, and add that I think it's esp. helpful if you have irregular cycles and don't want to waste time (I'm 34).
