What shoul I do?
My usual waking time was 9am.
I´m still waking up around it. But, infact I´m waking everyday since sunday an hour early right?
Should I correct my temp or leave it as it is?

Yah hopefully someone can chime in on what to do about temps when time changes occur.......but it doesn't occur in the U.S. until November 2nd.

TCOYF says not to correct your temperature for daylight savings time. It states that your body will adjust quickly and it shouldn't affect your overall chart. Good luck!

Okay, I found it by searching online, but I don't think that it'll help you if you've already made the time change.

The fact is that in my case, the old 9 o clock is now 10.
And I'm temping an hour early...

I cant wake up after that, but since I've already Oed, it doesn't matter much.
