An IUD removal can react differently for different women. We've had a member on this board that it royally screwed up her cycles and than another, it didn't affect them at all. The only way to tell how your body will react is seeing a pattern after a couple months which I know is hard when you're TTC. My best advice is that if this isn't your month, trying using an OPK so you can at least see when you ovulate and can better determain when AF should arrive.

As far as the symptoms go, unfortunately early pregnancy symptoms mimac AF symptoms in most cases. So not helpful but that's the way it is. I'd wait a little longer and retest...maybe a week or at least every two days. It could be that you just ovulated later than what you thought which will throw AF off. I know for me, it took 3 good cycles before I could start predicting ovulation and AF.

Good luck

Thanks for your reply!

I am aware that it could just be pms symptoms, but I've never had sore boobs like this outside of being pregnant. It feels like when I would get engorged with DS1! I just can't come up with another explanation for that. I guess I will just have to learn to be patient! :)
