So last month after being what I thought was four days late AF showed her ugly face. Well I calculated my days for this month going off of a longer cycle, but I am once again "late". Does this mean that my cycle days are getting longer each month or does this mean I am actually late and I should test?

It could mean you're ovulating at different times meaning that your period would be arriving later than expected.

Hey what cycle day did you ovulate? I ovulated day 19 and get my period around day 29 to 31, it varies. Have you been on pill or any other sort of family planning? Maybe that could explain it as it takes time for your body to adjust
