What if you're pregnant and have UTI?

This is really embarrasing. Every month after the (alleged) ovulation period, I think I'm pregnant. So two months ago, I had a dentist appointment and told her that I might be pregnant so she didn't take x-ray. Last month, I had a regular check-up appointment with my OB/GYN and told her that I might be 2 days pregnant. So she took some blood for the testing.
Of course I wasn't pregnant. I was so embarrased. Now again, my "O" just passed and I'm thinking I might be pregnant. And I think I'm coming down with UTI (hate it!!!). Usually, the light ones just go away with a lot of water or a couple of OTC pills. But I'm afraid I can't take the pills this time since I "might be pregnant" again.. I don't wanna call my OB/GYN yet.
Can you take any antibiotic while you're pregnant? How to take care of UTI when you're pregnant?
Thanks in advance

UTI's can be treated safely during pg, actually they are quite common for pg women, i had quite a few myself when pg with DS. Try taking a cranberry pill with extra Vit C, take the maximum dose for about a week and if it doesn't get better then see your doctor. There are many antibiotics approved for taking during pg, I would just tell you you are TTC and if she prescribes one she can RX one that is safe during pg.
