For all the ladies with the ovulation issues..... of any kind.

Is there a point in your cycle where you know you just aren't going to O?

I have a feeling, and this is new, that I am not going to O this cycle. I had all the symptoms I get before ovulation, but then never had a temp rise. I am 3 days out from any symptom with my temps DECLINING.

I have problems with delayed ovulation - ESPECIALLY on the left side (which is this month) AND this is a cycle post-miscarriage.

I have an appt on July 14th - what would have been an 8 wk appt and I might keep it - to ask my doc about not ovulating and the medicine that jump starts your period and then going with the clomid as of next cycle.

Interesting. I feel alternating O pain - I wonder why that is?!?!?!

I am going to keep my appt and if I haven't O'd by the 14th get my doc on board. We had already discussed my delayed O problems and he said end of July we would move on with the Clomid to see if it worked.

I tend to be sensitive to meds, so I hope that means the Clomid too!!!

I had plenty of cycles where I would O on cd24 and beyond endng up with 40+day cycles. I would keep your appointment and talk to the Dr I would also bring your chart to show. Also the first cycle or 2 after a loss can be funky and off. Please kup on your Dr's appt.

Yes your ovary alternating side to side each month is a common myth...you can go to hundred sites and see women talking about this and believing it.

Awesome, I'm crazy!!!

LOL except, last month I remember being a bit confused when I felt a similar O pain on the left side, when I had felt it on the left side the month before as well.

My tendency when O gets really delayed.... is then to not O.. and NOT have AF either. that's my history, which is why we're already talking clomid when it's only been a couple months.

What makes you think you should have ovulated from the left side? I originally thought we alternated each month, but my doc set me straight that it just isn't true at all. I've learned so much I didn't know before TTC. Just thought I'd share that. I agree ... you should keep your appt with your doc and see what he says.

I temp in the evenings too, just watching to see what my evening to morning temps are.

pre-O, the temps in the evening and the morning are very close together. After O, my afternoon temps are higher than my morning temps.

This morning my temp was 96.8 this evening my temp is 98.1. Good sign!!
