what's the deal with cramps?

Hi everyone!!
I'm on CD18 and my cycles so far have been 35 days, 31 days and 30 days respectively. The past few days I've been feeling random light cramping and I have no idea what it is. I feel like this is something that has happened before, but I can't really remember. I seem to have a lot of sensations down in ovary land during my cycle. Is this something that other women have experienced?
Also, DH and I were not trying very hard the first three cycles (just thought we'd take it easy and see what happened.) During those first 3 months, I felt like I noticed CM. This month however, we started BDing on day 11 or 12 and I feel like I had some CM around that time, but I've not had much going on since then. Any ideas about that?
Thanks everyone!
Cortney

this very well could be ovarian pain or ovulation pain..it it happens around time of o this some women get the sensation of cramping usually over to one ovary side while the egg is getting ready to be released...

well I take it since you have just started trying that maybe you have been on the bcp...if you have then there is a good chance it is still affecting your system...if you have been on it awhile there are several studies that suggest it could take as long as a year to get the effects totally out of your system..don't let this discourage you thought..I have known women that got pg the month after they got off bcp...as far as the cm start next cycle if not pg this cycle with a tsp of pure guaffesin syrup (robutussin without any additives) everyday until o...I would look into getting some opk's also...you may have to reach for your cm also..and check cp...make sure the fingers you use and fingernails are very clean while doing this..it sometimes helps to do this after a bowel movement or even try doing a few kegel exercises to help push out some cm before....hope this helps..
