I am a teacher and always (even on the weekends) woke up b/w 530 and 600 AM.

Hello ladies :) The only info I have is that the temp adjuster I use goes up by 0.2 degrees per hour I think. Here's the address to it. It's free. I hope that helps http://www.whenmybaby.com/basalbodytemperature.php

I'm pretty sure FF does have an adjuster as well, but I think you have to have the VIP membership to be able to use it. I'm not 100% on that though. Sorry I can't be of more help.

Hey girls-

I use the Ovusoft (TCOYF) software and it automatically adjusts my temp for me, when I take it at a different time than my usual. I think the rule of thumb is it adjusts it .10 for every half hour. So say you get up a half hour earlier one day, you should add on .10 and if you get up a half hour later one day, you should subtract .10. Does that make sense? HTH!
