When is a line a line?
| Wed, 03-25-2009 - 6:58pm |
I took a hpt late this afternoon and thought I had to go really badly.
Well I didn't really go a lot and I didn't get to hold it there as long as the test specified.
So I got a really really faint vertical line indicating a positive on the plus sign.
I took another test out of the box to see if you could see the vert line prior to testing well you can't. You can't even see the horizontal line...
So I am wigging out!!! I have been TTC my second for 7 months and have been POAS like crazy...
This is the one month we didn't plan bding or bd around specific dates...
So if I can barely see the vert line... is it a BFP??????

best wishes and I will keep my fingers crossed for you
I'm always leery to declare "a line is a line" on plus/minus tests, especially blue dye ones. They are infamous for false positives.
I would test again tomorrow with FMU. Is the line off-centered? Usually the false positives are skinny, off-centered lines.
Sending BFP vibes your way!!
Well it's pink dye and it's smack dab in the center just as thick as the horizontal line but just not as dark...
I am going to test again with FMU but of course here I sit obsessing...

I can't take a pic and post it because I have no idea where or digi cam is since we moved to Georgia...
BUT I did take another test this morning with FMU and got another faint positive.
These are generic tests from the grocery store...
I think I am going to get a First Response from Walmart this afternoon and take another in the morning...
Trying hard not to get excited...
