when temps and CM don't agree?

Hi all,

I've been TTC #3 since august, had to stop coming to the boards because I was obsessing :) This cycle is not looking good for me, but I'm confused. I don't get fertile CM every month, but this month I had watery CM on day 12 & EWCM on days 13 & 14. I usually O on day 15-17, which would make sense with the fertile CM, but this month my temp jumped early, and fertility friend is saying a o'd on day 12.

I don't want to get my hopes up (again!), because if fertility friend is right then there is almost no chance for this month. Which do you think is more accurate, CM or temp?

thanks!
anne

I don't know the answer to your question, but my hunch is that temperature is more accurate.

thanks for replying, I kind of figured that, but I'm so frustrated! How can I get pregnant when the essential EWCM doesn't show up until after O?!? Has anyone else had that problem?

thanks,
anne
