do you use? I was talking to the dr about not being able to conceive yet, and he suggested switching brands....I have used First Response, and found that I get a positive for like 4 days in a row! Anyone have a brand they recommend? Thanks!!

Ok question... I got a negative with the internet cheapie but pretty sure a positive with the walgreens brand... which should I go by? any way as far as the clearblue ones I would get positives almost 5 days before I actually o'd... they are really sensitive which could be good or bad since the less sensitive gives you a better window to BD closer to O. Just my opinion, apparently it takes a lot of LH for me to O because OPK's usually pick up my LH surge or close to the surge 4 or 5 days before I get my temp. rise and about 7 to 8 days before FF gives me the CH's... OPK's can be your best friend or or your worst enemy... sorry for ranting... good luck girls!

The tests do seem to have different sensitivity levels. It all depends on what you need. I never got a true positive on the ICs, so was thrilled when I tried the CBEs & got 2 days w/positive. If you get too many days of positives & want a less sensitive tests, maybe the ICs would be what you'd want. Mine were from early-pregnancy-tests.com

I agree with pp about getting the IC tests. I used the ICs on the same days that I was using the clearblues and I got 3 days of positives on the clearblues and never a positive on the ICs so maybe the ICs which require a higher level of LH to get a positive would do better for you. You can get a great deal on ebay for cheapies.

I've had absolutely no success with OPKs. I find them incredibly hard to read. If you find you have a hard time reading them as well, maybe a digital OPK is in order?

I use internet cheapies from babyhopes.com. They work great, and they're way cheaper then the store bought ones!

Thanks everyone for the great advice! It looks like maybe I need a less sensitive test, so I will try the internet cheapies....many thanks!
