I was just wondering this morning, this being my TTC #1, do the symptoms get better or worse with #2, #3...etc...

Thanks.

Hi Patricia,

I'm assuming you mean PG symptoms... and if so, then there is no clear cut answer. I have had several friends be COMPLETELY sick for 6 out of their 9 months (vomitting, diarreah, bed rest, etc...) to go on and have mild symptoms with their 2nd.

And we've had friends who were completely fine, to be so sick with their second or third PG.

I had NOTHING at all with #1 (or my first 2 m/c's) and with #2 I had mild nasuea and a lot of migraines.

With the m/c I had last month, I got the sore BB's, migraines, fatigue, and nasuea. It's not looking to well for my next pg... :-0

I'll take it all though! I LOVE being PG! :-)

Bethanee,

Thanks for the answer. I guess every pregnancy IS different and not only from woman to woman but also for one's each pregnancy!

Thanks again. I was just curious...I'll start by getting prego with #1 and then worry about the potential others....... ;)

Every single pregnancy is different. I have 2 DS and both PG's and deliveries were different. I had Morning sickness with the 1st and nothing with the 2nd. I couldn't stand the sight or smell of Taco Bell with the first. Made me nauseaus. The 2nd I ate like a pig. I could not get enough sweets. I don't normally eat sweets. I also still have an extra 10 lbs to show for it. I was 9 days late with the 1st and 1 week early with the 2nd. My friend is expecting her 3rd any day and each of her pg's and deliveries were different. So there is no way to know or predict what or when it is going to happen. I concieved the 1st time with my first 2 DS's and so far this is my 4 month ttc and just waiting to see. My chart does look good. This is my first month charting too. Just enjoy every moment you have. Enjoy the quiet time with your DH. Enjoy bding. Enjoy the pg when you do concieve. Enjoy the baby when it comes. Take lots of pictures except when you are baby dancing. LOL

Good luck.

we are ttc #4 and so far each has been a little different, but there were also similarities!

differences:

with #1 (dd) I was sick from about week 7 to about week 15 (sea bands helped a LOT!)

with #2 (ds) I was sick from the begining to about week 17 (only ginger helped and not much!)

with #3 (ds) I was only mildly sick but it was almost all the time where the first two was only when I hadn't eaten recently

similarities

I gained 27lbs with all three kids.

I had all three kids on a Thursday.

They were within one ounce and 1 inch of each other at birth (7lbs 11oz &21 inches,

7lbs 13oz &19in., and 7lbs 12oz and 20in.)

I had spotting/bleeding with all three at the begining (though for 3 different reasons!)

don't know if this helps! I do know that all pregnancies are different, even in the same mama, but they are all amazing and special. Enjoy!!!!

good luck and lots of bfp vibes to you!!!
