I wanted to temp this month but I never get up at the same time. Some mornings I get up at 6 and some I sleep as late as 9:30. Should I just forget about this charting technique or is there a way to adjust for that?

your temps would not be a solid indicator of anything if the times aren't consistent or at least realy close it doesn't seem that 10-15 minute differences really affect it much. I have the sleeping to different times as an issue to but I took care of that by getting up at 5 am every morning taking my temp and then going back to sleep. I have a BB thermometer that shows the last temp when it is turned on so I just set the alarm function on my phone to 5am the reminder starts going off at 4:55am I have the thermometer right next to the bed on the nightstand reach over pop it in, shut the ringer off and when the temp is done I just shut it off and go back to sleep. All without turning on a light. It may help you to try it that way. Best of luck to you !

You definately have to temp about the same time every day.
