I've always heard to use the first temp you take when you wake up. Like the first temp after a few hours of sleep. So I would use the 5:45 one. THats my opinion.
I agree with the pp. Use the first temp, or if you want you can do the temp adjustment. I think they have one on: www.mymonthlycycles.com or it might be: www.whenmybaby.com.

i'd use the second one tho. In my experience, it is more accurate. i often temp earlier than normal, then again, and over the months/years, it makes more sense for my charts/my physiology.

I would record your temp for the 545am. I am no expert bc I just started temping this cycle
