BFP yesterday but super cautious

Hi Ladies! It's been 7 months since the loss of our little girl, and 6 months of TTC. I've been charting for a few months now and found I was ovulating a little later than I thought I was. Today is 9 or 10 dpo, and yesterday I tested on a whim and saw a faint 2nd line! I'm an early tester, I have no control, and have seen so many BFN's that I was in shock when it came back positive. Honestly, I didn't have many symptoms this month but after the + I started to really have symptoms

Thanks Ladies!! I haven't called my doctor yet, but I plan on calling them today to see if they want me to do beta's. I've never had a beta done before but this is a new doctor. My previous loss was not early, but out of my own curiousity /sanity,
