Hello, my very favorite pregnant ladies!

It's a new week, which means a new chat thread.

Tell us what's new with you! How many weeks are you now, when's your next appointment, any new or strange pregnancy symptoms? What are you most looking forward to this week?

Well, it's very possible (however unlikely) that I am currently 3w1d pregnant... :) so I can totally chat here for like, until say tuesday, when I test at 9dpo and see blazing whiteness next to my control line... :)

As for now, I'm feeling superly pregnant! :) It's amazing, but, even at 3w1d, I swear I can feel this "maybe-baby" kicking... really! :) Seriously though, I do have some major IPS going on... I'm saying "I" to keep from the possible huge let-down.

I'm so looking forward to testing, although, now that I think about it... if I don't test, I'll never really know that I'm not pg until af rears her ugly head, so maybe I just shouldn't test at all and I should just bask in the wonderfulness of my "maybe-baby" for like two weeks every month!!!! yeah?? no?? whatever! I soooo should be like making a blinkie right now... still gotta get some 700,000 posts blinkies... I could do a "maybe-baby" blinkie...

I hope all of you ladies are doing wonderful!!!!!!

I was soo sick this weekend with m/s and hoping that goes away soon. I really want to have a weekend that I do not feel sick! Not much else going on here!

Torie- I've got my fingers and toes crossed for you!

AFM- I am 13 weeks!!!! WOOT WOOT. I have no idea when my next appointment is because I don't have a Dr. anymore. I move to Pa in about 2 weeks. I am going to ask my SIL for a referral. Hopefully I like the DR.'s in her practice because I really don't feel like bouncing around to different Dr.'s KWIM?

I think that I have felt some minor movement! I know PPL say that you don't start to feel the baby until 17 weeks, but I know what I felt.

Hola! I'm... I dunno? 8.5 weeks? I guess I'll see when I post, and I see my ticker!

No new symptoms this week, but the Zofran is still doing its magic. I'm majorly constipated, like, super-uncomfortable, taking stool softeners, eating my veggies, but nothing's helping a bit. Ugh! I feel like I can't even sit up straight in the car because I'm literally too full of... nevermind!

My next appt. is Aug. 31st, which is the day before we go to Utah for our special awesome trip. I'm so stoked for that! I made the tie-dye shirts this weekend, for announcing the pg to my ILs.

As for movement, my DH thinks I'm crazy, but I SWEAR I am feeling the very slightest of flutterings in my uterus. It's so minute and tiny, but if I'm very still and quiet, I can feel it, and have a couple of times a day for the last 4-5 days. So, maybe I'm insane, but like Ashley, I know what I'm feeling!

And Ashley, I know I was feeling my last one moving regularly at 12 weeks, so 13 weeks is totally normal for a seasoned mom to feel the first stirrings of movement! :)

Torie, please post here whenever you feel like it! (Hopefully, you'll have good reason to stick around and keep posting as well!!!) But it's not like an exclusive club -- we just wanted a place to be able to talk about symptoms and all that, without upsetting anyone who didn't want to read it -- anyone who wants to read and comment and visit is DEFINITELY welcome to do so!!! :D

Now to hit post, and see exactly how far along I am, now! ;)

I'm 5 weeks today. I'm on twice-daily progesterone suppositories, which have made me incredibly bloated. I've lost 7 lbs. in the past month, but I couldn't button my pants the other day. I totally had them closed with a rubber band. I'm sticking to elastic waist & dresses for now. I have blood work scheduled for Wednesday to see if the progesterone is doing it's job & I'll have an u/s next week. I'm still POAS every morning, just to watch the line get darker...& to make sure there's still a line.

I hope you all have a wonderful week!

Hey ladies,
I'm creepin' up on 16 weeks here pretty soon. Crazy. Feelin' pretty good, every once in a while I get some nausea and I'm still pretty tired most of the time. But, I am baking a tiny human, so that's to be expected. I'm still not gaining any weight, which is kinda starting to worry me, but my dr. hasn't said anything yet.

Kelly - I totally feel you on the poo thing. I had a horrible week the other week where I hadn't gone in, seriously, like 10 days!!! I tried everything - fiber supplements, tons of fruits and veggies, but nothing worked. I was soooo uncomfortable. But I finally gave in and drank some caffeinated chai tea and it worked like a charm! :) I hope the floodgates open up for you soon!

Ashley - GL with the new doctor - I hope you find a good one ASAP!

Torie - I hope this is your month and that you can officially join us down here!

You know, with my first, I seriously didn't gain any weight until something like 26 weeks. And no one was worried about it.... Your body will make sure that the nutrients go to the baby first, and you second, and everything's fine. And, although it sounds counter-intuitive, also don't panic if, when you finally do start gaining, you gain a whole lot at once. (I think I gained something like 12 lbs in a month, all of a sudden, when I did gain weight.... LOL)

Is caffeine supposed to help with constipation? Or is it something with the tea, specifically. I can't drink caffeinated tea, but I do drink Coke, so if it's the caffeine, you'd think I'd be golden.... :sigh: At this point, I'm a little scared (for me, for my pipes....) when I do finally poop. I have this image of this giant tower of poo, with me sitting at the top, and not being able to reach the flusher..... ROFL.

ha ha ha ha! I was actually really scared too, but it wasn't as bad as I thought. I drink Coke from time to time too, but believe it or not, there's actually not a whole lot of caffeine in it. ( I think there's only like 38 mg or something in a can) So, with the Chai, there's about 100 mg and it might just be me, but after I add some benefiber to it, it really gets things going. Since caffeine is a stimulant, it gets things a-movin! Since you can't drink regular tea, what about coffee? Or maybe like a mountain dew or something with a little more zing in it?

Wow, the thought of Mountain Dew totally turns my stomach! ;)

Coffee and tea are out by choice. I'll cope, I'm sure. I've been through this in all my pgs.... I just never remember how bad it is until I get to the point where it's been about two weeks, and I take a laxative I'm not supposed to, because I just can't stand it any more, and then everything's fine again. ;)
