This may be TMI but after I had a Bm tonight (not straining) actually it was loose. I wiped and noticed pink then I wiped again and there was some red streaking in my CM! I am freaking out! I have not cramps and got out my doppler and found the baby right away! Is this normal? I am going to call the dr in the morning unless it gets worse through the night I will go to the ER! I hope the baby is okay and it is just from having the BM! prayers please! Has this happened to anyone else? I will be devasted if anything happens I just saw our baby two days ago moving all over on the u/s!

I'm sure that it is nothing, but I understand your worry.

This happened to me twice and I freaked out. Both times it was after a BM. But here I am almost 14 weeks. I think that it is great you have the doppler. Everything should be fine. I would def. call the Dr. if you have any more bright red bleeding and of course, cramps. Sending P&PT's your way.

I has spotting in my last pregnancy throughout the first and some of the second trimesters, and there was never a cause for it... i am telling myself that if that happens this pregnancy i will not freak out but i am sure i will!

I know how scary that is, but what a relief that you're at the stage where you can whip out your doppler and check on the bean! In my other two successful pregnancies I had varying amounts of spotting and bleeding all the way up to around 14 weeks and it was always unexplained and, honestly, came after BM's most of the time. My dr. finally decided that I just have a very friable cervix and anything can make it bleed. Of course, this time I haven't had a drop, so who know!

Anyways, try not to panic, as easy as that is! lol.
