After our MC we decided to test the placenta to see if we could get any answers regarding why the MC happened.

I'm so sorry finding out it was a girl was so crushing. I totally understand where you are comin from with your reasons for not naming her, I think I would feel the same, I wouldn't want to use the name we had picked
I would definitely NOT use a name, you would want to use, in the future....no, you are not crazy, to feel the way you do.

I wouldn't use a name you want to use in the future, but I would definitely encourage you to allow your dh to name the baby. Obviously he is grieving too, and it may help to bring him a measure of closure. I think it is very sweet, and not that unusual to give names anymore.

Not sure if any of you are Christian, but a gal at church this weekend suggested we name all our MCs (whether we know gender or not) because when we get to Heaven, they will be waiting for us...imagine getting there and not having a name for them?!
