ladies i'm just looking for a little info. today i am 7 dpo and i really don't have any symptoms which is okay b/c it's still early. but today while sitting in class ( i had to go to ira training for my job ) i got an ache about the size of a quarter a little to the left in my lower abdomen. it lasted about 30 mins. and went away only to come back about 2 hours later but this time only lasting about 5 mins butpain was in my back too. i started feeling really wet and went to check to see what was going on and had alot of cm white lotion like but not stretchy. so my question is
1. could this be implantation cramping
2. after implantation how long do symptoms usually start to appear
3. if i test on monday ( 1o dpo could i possibly get a bfp if this is implantation cramping )
thanks in advance

I too had cramping at 6 and 7 dpo. I thought it might be AF coming early. I posted a question about the cramping too. I got a BFP at 11 dpo, so maybe it was implantation cramping. Wishing the best for you and hope you get your BFP soon.

thanks so much for the info ladies. the cramps are gone today but last night they got so bad that i went to the bathroom and just sat there waiting for af to start. i don't have any symptoms today no sore bb or anything ( just the increase cm still ) but i'm taking that that the hcg hasn't built up enough for symptoms to start. i'll make sure to keep you update with my results when i test on monday.

Carly,

If it really was implantation cramping, which I hope it was, I think that 10 dpo may be a bit too soon to test. The hormones don't really get going until implantation has happened. With my last pregnancy I hadn't started my period...it was over 2 months late. I tested and got a negative. 2 days later my doctor got a positive. I was 12 dpo. My hcg was only 49. The most sensitive tests start at around 25. So at 10 dpo I would have been only about 12 or so.

Just wanted to share my experience in case you do get a negative. It just might be too soon to tell. I hope you get a BFP!!! Good luck.

Carly-

I had mild cramping and just a funny feeling at 9 dpo. I tested at 12 dpo and got my BFP. Hoping you get one too :)

I really hope it was implantation cramping!!!

Just so you know though, 10 dpo may be too soon to test, I would wait until at least 12dpo. I tested at 12dpo and got a BFN, then tested at 16 dpo and got my BFP! so even at 12 dpo, it may still be early.

thanks ladies for all the info. i'm still going to test in the morning but if i get a bfn i won't be too disappointed since some of you said that 10 dpo might be early. still no other symptoms but i'm okay with that too i know that the hcg has to build up before that happens. i'll make sure to keep you guys updated.

Hopefully you were experiencing implantation cramps, however, they might have been your ovaries post O. The follicle begins to turn into a cyst and it forms a corpus luteum, which produces progesterone if you are pregnant. So either way, I think the cramping may be a good sign!! Good luck!!!

I replied to your question last week and suggested that you could have had post O cramps or implantation cramps. Well this weekend, on 8pdo, I had the worst cramps in my lower abdomen area...my UTERUS area. We were visiting some friends and I had to go home, lay down, and take Tylenol they were so painful. I hope they were implantation cramps...I'll know this Friday!! Hope all is well with you. Praying for a BFP for you!!
