DH is always like "No. I don't want to watch that." when it's on our DVR and there's better things to watch. Well now all our shows are over for the summer and it's all we've got. We both laughed our butts off last night! Anyone else watch it too?

I haven't watched it - I saw it once when it first came on but haven't watched it since - I think I need to start DVR'ing it because I know Michelle and I think Courtney LOVE it! I think we can all use a good chuckle so will start watching!

Kate,

I put off watching it for quite some time thinking, "Why do I want to watch people make fools of themselves...?"

Now I watch it because watching those people make fools of themselves (knowing full well what they are getting into when they start it) is abso-freaking-lutely hysterical.

I laugh until I cry. I don't know why it's so funny, it just is...

omg do NOT get me started!

Lemme just say that I normally do NOT find this kinda stuff funny. Something About Mary, Meet the Parents blah blah blah I normally just sit there staring at the TV like some kind of a deaf mute in awe of how anyone could find it at all funny.

But something pulled me toward Wipeout for some reason just a few months ago. It had been on for years and I was hearing about how funny it was all the time so I just sat down and watched it one night and have NOT missed an episode since! It's might be the funniest crap I've ever seen! Nothing takes my mind off TTC or a bad day in general better than Wipeout!

You're right, Court! I know they sign a medical release saying they won't sue of they get hurt. I see some of these falls and think "OMG, that person's knee was bent backwards! That's going to be years of physical therapy!" but then I remember that if you're dumb enough to go on that show, maybe you deserve it. LOL. I know that sounds horrible but these people are WILLING participants and so they're willing to fall awkwardly so that we all laugh.

**pg mentioned**

I think at first DH didn't want to start watching it again cause it was the show that was on when I was on bedrest with the twins. We were so worried about my health and the health of the twins that it was nice to have an hour to not think about it and just laugh our butts off. Now I think it reminds him of that stressful time and he doesn't want to go back there.
