I'm doing a kale and white bean soup later on in the day, but am going to have to experiment really soon with some of these recipes!

DH and I adore this stuff and I make it at least twice a month. We like to serve it on a little bit of rice with lots of light sour cream on top. You can add/modify it to your tastes. SO delicious.

Oh mannnn... I'm totally going to try the black bean soup with the lime cream. I was a little disappointed with the chicken tortilla soup recipe on there- of course no one's recipe is as good as my mom's recipe! :)

I saw a dozen or so that really look good. I will ask DH (who usually doesn't like soup) to browse through and see if anything appeals. He does like split pea. And I do have a bunch of lentils left over in the freezer from making a lentil and rice dish to serve w/ burritos. And a half-eaten roaster chicken in the freezer too....hmm... nothing but air and opportunity!
