I've been trying to fit in a daily workout routine into my schedule, but it is so hard to find the time. So far I've been getting in around 3 a week, but I really need to be doing it more. I've also started to buy more low-fat items, and trying to cook healthier. But again.. easier said than done. It's hard to do when I get home late to throw something healthy together.

I've been using WW to lose weight but really need to start some exercising too. I'm hopin to start swimmin next week but I don't like to swim when I'm in 2ww because I went swimmin the night before I started bleedin before my m/c.

i just wanted to pop in and say good luck to you!
i'm trying to figure out myself what to do to get in shape. i don't need to lose weight, but i do need to become more fit and tone up a bit. i'm almost 35 and am at a place where i need to start working harder to maintain and to become healthier.
i had just started running last fall then i got sick and couldn't keep it up. once i got better, i never started running again. now it's spring and i thought i'd be ready for a 5k by now. haha, nope! planning to start running again.
we have 3 pieces of nice gym equipment in our house (treadmill, eliptical, and weight bench) that DH uses a lot and i need to take advantage of them, too!
i am a bridesmaid in my SIL's wedding in december, and i'd like to be ready to rock that dress by then! :)
they say you tend to have a healthier pregnancy if you're healthier going into it, so i'd like to see what i can do to make that happen. bring on the health! bring on the pregnancy!!! :)
