Hey Ladies, I have a question. I have started to workout some since the loss of the baby and I have been taking this awesome Pilates class. I am worried now because I dont want to do anythng that could potentially cause a new baby not to "stick" do you think I am ok to be doing this kind of workout stuff? Lots of stretching and routines lying on the stomach. Do any of you do Pilates and or Yoga?? While PG? What are your thoughts?

Hi, Kristen. :) The general rule of thumb is that anything you were doing (exercise-wise that is) before you were pg will be okay after. You just don't want to start running ten miles at 6 weeks pg if you never exerted yourself like that before. Also, I know we are all SO scared of losing another baby. I think we can all say we'd rather never get pg again then to go through another loss BUT you have to understand, there is just about nothing you can do to prevent a healthy pg from progressing. If implantation doesn't happen the way it should, then the pg wasn't healthy from the get go and if you'd sat there still a statue you couldn't have saved it.
