Hey Ladies, I have a question. I have started to workout some since the loss of the baby and I have been taking this awesome Pilates class. I am worried now because I dont want to do anythng that could potentially cause a new baby not to "stick" do you think I am ok to be doing this kind of workout stuff? Lots of stretching and routines lying on the stomach. Do any of you do Pilates and or Yoga?? While PG? What are your thoughts?
