As many of you know, I am completely addicted to the reality shows on Bravo (especially the Real Housewives show- they are neither real, nor housewives... discuss.... LOL!).

At any rate, I started watching this show, "Pregnant In Heels"... and several things come to mind:

#1.

Oh god, I could never watch that show but how cruel that the Maternity Concierge suffers from IF and has to deal with those retards all day long!

Oh my gosh Court - I watched it last night and had the same reaction - that poor thing... Here is she dealing with these super rich, STUPID women! I watched it a couple times and then had to stop (but saw last nights) because I get so frustrated that these dumb, think they are entitled women act this ridiculous! I guess the first episode, this lady wanted Rosie to hire a think tank to help come up with their baby's name - are you serious? Do you not have better things to do or spend your money on? Give that $$ to a charity or donate to infertility for pete sake.... I do love Rosie though - she is great.

Rosie is doing a blog for iVillage Parenting, she'll be updating it each week. It's amazing that she has the strength to do her job.

I have to say that I've seen every episode (back to Coffee Talk: "insanity? masochism? discuss...")

And I am really, super duper impressed with Rosie. She is extremely intelligent, very talented and SO FREAKING GOOD at tiptoeing around the crud and getting to the heart of what really matters.

Her blog on iVillage deals mostly with pregnancy & parenting: http://www.ivillage.com/rosie-pope/6-k-48355, I just wanted to warn you about that.

You'd probably be more interested in the blog on her website: rosiepope.com. Her blog about her ectopic is very sad to read, she conveys her feelings so well.

I just cannot bring myself to watch any shows about pregnancy or babies. I'm totally jealous of the pregnant people, and I just want to scream at the newborn shows that not every pregnancy has a happy ending.

I just can't subject myself to it, but at least I can be honest with myself about it so that I don't do it.

But I had no idea that she was dealing with IF - that's a very strong woman. I have all I can do to turn my cart of groceries around in the crowded supermarket aisle to avoid the pregnant woman coming at me... no way could I handle being around them all day long. Shoot, sometimes it takes all I have to handle being around other people's kids all day long.
