My weight loss goal for this week is 2 pounds - actually, I'd like to lose 3 pounds this week, but my goal is only 2.

I have no exercise goals - I'm so dang lazy! It's funny, this weekend, at my grandma's birthday party, everyone was talking about the gym and exercise and everything they all do... I said "the extent of my exercise is running around the playground with kindergarteners at recess and sex" lol I thought it was funny, my grandma did too!

Other goals - drink at least 3 bottles of water per day, I'm really horrible about drinking diet coke or diet mountain dew all day. water water water!

Today, I had about a cup of cinnamon toast crunch with no milk for breakfast.

Lunch was a salad with iceberg lettuce, tomato, jalapeno, salsa, and low fat sour cream instead of dressing.

Dinner was a club sandwich and french fries - we went out.

about 2 diet cokes or maybe 3 ;) and one bottle of water.

Snack - little debbie nutty bar, yes, I ate both pieces!

I really don't have a weight goal. Or maybe it's to weigh something less than what I do now.

Today's food- 2 eggs and toast and water for breakfast. Oh ya, and a snickers. It jumped into my cart.

lunch- taco bell. fresco grilled steak taco and regular taco and unsweet tea. I found a gift card on the floor so I used it.

Dinner. 5 oz steak and rice, an orange and bread. and water

snack- cherrios and skittles... they also jumped into my cart!

I would like to lose one pound this week.
I want to exercise 4 times this week.
Eating goals - no sweets! I'm pretty good on food choices and portion control for meals. But I don't want to let myself have desserts, or sweet snacks like candy/cookies/etc. This tends to be a downfall for me. One every once in a while is ok, but my self control sucks. So I need to go cold turkey for a while.

So far, I didn't weigh in on Monday, but my last weigh in was 160 lbs. on 1/14. So I'll use that as my starting point. If I can be 159lbs by Sunday, I'll feel like I met my goal. We went to the gym last night and will go again tonight. Will go again Friday and Sunday. So far so good at keeping sweets away!

so I had wendys AND mcdonalds today... I think I need to change my weekly goals to "no weight gain" rather than any type of loss. I'm doing HORRIBLE this week - I'd bet that if I weighed myself, I have probably gained, ugh!

I blew it on sweets yesterday. My students were making DNA models using twizzlers and gummy bears. I grazed. My self control sucks. Luckily I had the presence of mind to give both bags to some students at the end of the day so I wouldn't have them in my desk drawer or something.
We're going to a BBQ festival a few towns over today and I wonder if I'll find "healthy" options. Probably not, the thing is called PigFest.

ugh, I hate it when you KNOW you've blown it!

Saturday is my weigh in day... I did not even bother today. I will just give myself another week and go from last week's numbers.

This was a HORRIBLE week for me... it started last saturday including numerous cupcakes and brownies, then just continued with little debbies, mcdonalds, wendy's, arby's, and more throughout the week. I don't think horrible is even the word I should be using.

I HAVE to do better this week!

I did ok diet wise this week, I did blow it one day with a midnight pizza raid but other than that I did well. I worked out everyday but yesterday, I was just to tired! I'm gonna hit it doubly hard today though. I weighed in yesterday and lost 3lbs this week. I think now begins the 2-3lb weight loss/week. If only i would come off faster!!!
