Hello all,
Am only on day 3 of 28. So in a few days af will be over and Ill be ready to try again. Im hopeful, I was wondering if anyone has any advice on how to increase cm naturally. After my mc I got bv and struggled with that for a while which was a big pain in the but!!! But since then it seems that my cm has decreased and was just wanting to know if anyone else has had this problem and has any advice. I heard of the stuff called preseed but I would prefer not putting anything in there considering the struggle I had with bv I dont want any chances of going through that again.

I drank a lot of water & drank 1-2 cups of green tea a day and that really helped me a ton.
Thank you for the advice :) Definitly going to drink tons more water! I dont really like taking stuff so im not sure about the cough medicine but we'll see and fertilcm is that anything like preseed I have heard alot about that.
So - here's what I know about cm. FertilCM helped me. You can order it online (amazon, etc) and at a very few specialty pharmacies. Some ladies swear by RobitussinDM. You have to make sure its the type with the expectorant and NOT the decongestant (drying agent). I also noticed that the times I was super-hydrated I would get some better cm.
