Like Tee said, I am doing things more for me than for TTC, but they might end up helping. I've given up caffeine, which has always been really hard for me to quit while pregnant and I'm hoping to be pregnant again soon, so why start again. I am switching vitamin brands from Safeway generic to an organic probiotic one that I really like. I'll probably start taking evening primrose oil when we get the green light to try again, to improve my CM, and I'm drinking a ton of red raspberry leaf tea to tone my uterus and bring on AF, although I'll stop before we start trying. Other than that I'm just trying to eat well and exercise, so I feel good about life.
Well, I didn't miscarry.
