I am sorry you are here again. But I tend to think if you are pregnant this cycle it is just meant to be.
I also have MTHFR- what prenatal are you on? I am on Neevo, which has L Methyfolate which is supposed to be better than large amounts of folic acid.

Welcome to the board Mel, sorry you've had such a rough journey. I hope your TTC journey isn't very long and KUP on how the rest of this cycle goes. As long as you are feeling ready emotionally then your body will only get pregnant if it is able to sustain such, don't worry that you will have an increased risk of m/c from conceivin quickly because it has been proven to make no difference. *hugs*
