Ideally, if you are PG, you should not have any dental work that requires anesthesia (I assume this is what you mean by a "freeze"). But you have to get the root canal issues addressed - that's not something you can put off for 9 months.

Honestly, I would not make plans assuming that you will get PG in one cycle. If you get your BFP this month, then you can ask the doctor to use a local anesthetic with no epinephrine in it. Alternatively, I would just wait another month, get all of your dental work done in that month and then start TTC.
