Hi all!!

I am lucky enough to have married the man of my dreams who has a daughter from a previous relationship, and I also have a daughter from a previous relationship (she was a fluke and amazing gift I never expected!!)

Ever since we married we have been ttc (actually started trying about 8 months prior to the wedding with hopes it would bring a baby sooner).

Hey there First off I am very sorry to hear about your Loss!

I have also had two Recurrent Miscarriagies! ( No Live Children.) My first was 5 weeks 6 days and was a Blighted Ovum! My second was a missed miscarriage 7 weeks 0 days with Ultra sound finding not Fetal movement or heartbeat anymore:( The second was more sad then my first:( I had high hopes for that one considering I heard and seen the heartbeat and was told that the pregnancy was going GREAT a week before!

I am going through lots of testing right now to figure out whats going on! They think I too have PCOS! I do have normal periods and Ovulate normal and I also get pregnant pretty easily!!!

Thank you :) sorry to hear about both of your losses!

Have they given you any progesterone supplements a few days after ovulation? if you don't have or produce enough progesterone its an easy way to miscarry! I started on the progesterone about a week after my BFP and wish I would have started sooner :( even though im sure it wouldn't have changed anything this time around, you never know!

Best of luck and hugs to you and your DH in trying again! Hopefully this one will go a little easier!

P.S. I know this is probably a stupid question, but how do you do the signatures??

Hi, there :)

I am so sorry about your losses. Every single one of us knows exactly how you feel and for me, that's what helped the most.

I have been TTC our second since 2006 with two losses at 5 weeks along the way. I know how it feels to have such a hard time getting pg. M/C just kinda adds insult to injury when it comes to infertility.

I hope your stay here is short and sweet!

Hi and welcome. I'm glad you've found this group. This is a bunch of amazing women who are so supportive. On a strange level, it's such a comfort to know that others are going through the same struggles.

I'm sorry for your losses. I have had two miscarriages as well, the first was twins at 9w4d in 1999 and the second was at 9w6d in 2006, I have also had a stillbirth at 35w1d this past March. We have struggled with unexplained infertility for years. I agree with Michelle about dealing with infertility and being slapped in the face with a loss - makes it that much more painful.

You said you're on Clomid, are you on Metformin as well? I don't have PCOS, but my doc has me on clomid and metformin - he said that it has been shown to help increase fertility in women with PCOS and that even if it doesn't help, it doesn't hurt. Just a thought since you said you have PCOS. Although our infertility was diagnosed as unexplained, I think I have some hormone problem since I also don't ovulate normally, but everytime my they test my hormones, they come back within normal levels.

Good Luck, I hope you'll get your little miracle soon.

oh, I also wanted to say that I had a D&C with my first miscarriage and I miscarried naturally the second time - if I ever have to do it again (praying that I don't) but if I do, I'd choose D&C in a heartbeat. The natural m/c at 9w6d was super painful, both physically and mentally, I had no idea when it would end, I was miserable... at least with the D&C it's over pretty quickly.

hugs to you...
