My name is Sherri.
Fiance to high school sweethear Michael (met again after 23 years!)
Mom to 3 boys!
Hi SherriWith my last m/c in October, I was 8w5d and on a Saturday I spotted, and it was really light, nothing to be concerned about. By Sunday I really didnt feel pregnant anymore. My OB didnt want to see me Monday because no cramping or spotting, but I made them and lo and behold, the sack was colapsed and the beautiful heartbeat we had seen at 6w3d was gone.
I was hoping I was wrong, but I knew before I went in and made them do the ultrasound.
I am so sorry about your m/c and I hope you are able to find the support you need hear as I have on this board.
I'm so sorry for your loss.
Hi Sherri, welcome to the board, I am so sorry for your loss, I too believe we can feel it when we are pregnant before the test (I knew 5 days before a BFP in March) and the day we no longer are.
BTW, I am engaged to marry a wonderful man I reconnected with again after 18 yrs! So cool huh??!! Congrats! =)
I had the very same thing happen.
Oh Sherri, I am so so sorry for your loss. The too-early end of a pregnancy can be such a devastating thing. I hope that you are able to find safe, healthy ways to cope with everything that is happening to you and your body right now. You sound very calm about it, that is good.
I know what you mean about having that feeling that your pregnancy is over, without any warning signs or symptoms. Something similar happened to me during my first miscarriage. Sometimes, You just KNOW.
Thank you for sharing your story with us. This is a great place of help, support and encouragement. I hope you'll stick around and hang out with us more often.
Wow...ladies you have been so wonderfully supportive.
I'm so worry for your loss. :(
I know the feeling well regarding knowing something isn't right with the pg. The same thing happened to me the past 2 losses I had....I pretty much knew from the get-go.....but nonetheless I still tried to hang onto some hope. I was devastated when I lost them.
Anyway, these ladies are awesome and we'll give all the support you need...whenever you need it.
