m/c confirmed, but HCg level the same??

Is that common? My level on Saturday the 24th was 285. Had dr appt yesterday(27th)...she did u/s...pretty much everything was gone, but my level was 295! I thought it's supposed to drop:-/ Does it take awhile to drop after a m/c? TIA!

It took 3 1/2 weeks after my m/c for me to get a negative HPT, unfortunately it takes a while for these to drop. Hope this is all over for you soon *hugs*
Some times even with a loss your body thinks that there is still a baby to produce for, so they could go up a bit, They should start dropping here shortly. Hang in there ..

yeah, I think it takes awhile for your body to acclimate?
for example....I had my m/c, then D&C on 1/04 & my boobies (nipples) are still huge & hard as a rock, when I get cold, like they are waiting to still breastfeed!
I think it just takes some time for your body to get back to normal (maybe that's why dr.'s say your highly fertile after a m/c?)
