Sounds like you're doing the right thing with the OPK and prenatals. I'm someone who had diagnosed infertility. You won't have to worry about that until you've been trying and failing for a year or more. Sounds like your m/c happened in the 7th week which is the most common and are usually related to chromosomal problems. Doesn't automatically mean you and your DH are going to experience that again. After our m/c, DH and I got genetically tested, and although our son died of trisomy 13, we are not carriers of anything and therefore it was a 1 in 10,000 chance. Every nurse and Dr (including the anesthesiologist for my D&C kept telling me it does NOT mean it will happen again). Keep in mind that you were on the BCP which makes your lining very thin. I know ppl who have conceived on it, but having a thin, not supportive lining could have contributed which also means it wouldn't happen to you next time.
There are a ton of emotions for TTCAM and you're going to feel all the fear and frusteration. You came to the right place, though. The ladies here are really good for information and reassurance.
