New to the board and anxious

Hi everyone! I am 28 years old and had my first miscarriage in March at 10 weeks. It came quite as a shock since I didn't have any problems with my first pregnancy despite it taking me 2 years to get pregnant. My husband and I are currently trying to get pregnant again and I'm really anxious. How have y'all dealt with this anxiety? I have started a blog (http://onthisjourneyforever.blogspot.com/) with hopes that this will help. Do y'all have any other pointers?
I am currently on CD 17 of our first cycle TTC again. Somedays are good but some days are bad. Thanks for any help you can give!
I'm not sure that I have any good pointers, other than perhaps charting your cycles and/or doing OPK's so that you can pinpoint where you are in your cycle. For some, that feeling of knowing where you are with your cycles can reduce some anxiety a little bit. But, for others, it just makes a person more obsessed and anxious. So, you have to do what is right for you. Posting here and getting to know us also is a great way to relieve some of that anxiety. We're here, even if it's for a simple hug or asking for us to cross fingers or say a prayer. I hope that you get your BFP soon and you have a healthy, sticky baby!
Thank you so much. I am so sorry for
I am sorry for your loss, I know the pain all to well. I myself have had 2, first at 13w in 8/07
It took us 4 yrs and thousands upon thousands of dollars to get pregnant last year and we lost it at 5 weeks. I couldn't believe that God or fate or whomever it is that's pulling the strings would allow me to get so close and then rip it all away. Up until that point my only problem had been GETTING pg, it never occurred to me that once I finally managed to get pg I could lose it.
I am so glad you found us and I know that you will feel right at home here - although I do hope your stay here is brief and that you will be moving onto PAL soon.
