I had my first miscarriage a week ago. I have two daughters, 3 & 16 months. It was very easy for us to conceive them and our third as well. I was 'lucky' and felt really well the whole time. I never bled heavily or had bad cramps. It didn't interfere with my life at all which was just odd to me considering everything I had read?! It took about

Hi and sorry or your loss. I tried. The next cycle after both my miscarriages.

Hello, I am new here as well. First, I am very sorry for your loss, and wish you nothing but the best next time around. I just had a miscarriage December 26th. I stopped bleeding after about a week and a half and we began trying again right away. The doctor told me there was no added risk of trying again right away. I would say it's whatever you feel comfortable with.

I am so sorry for your loss and that you had to come to these boards, but there are great women here. As far as when to try again, i think its a personal choice. Some women want to take time "off" and take a break to gather themselves emotionally. Others are ready to jump back in right away. I say do what you think is best for you and your family :) If you go the NTNP (Not Trying, Not Preventing) route, then I would start taking vitamins just in case, since you got lucky and got pg right away in the past :)

Thank you for your advice. I have heard very conflicting things but my doctor didn't say that I had to wait. Like I said, I'm not entirely sure what I want to do just yet. I was 5w3d when I miscarried.
