Reiki treatments seem to help me ovulate and I am 40 and have an FSH of 18 and am also perimenopausal.

I don't know of any natural or herbal way of promoting ovulation. But I do know that one of the RE's at my clinic specializes in "fertility preservation" for cancer survivors. You may see if there's an RE in your area who is experienced in working with your challenges.

i have no advice for you but congrats on your cancer remission mine has been 11 years. I stuggled with infertility after chemo also there is 3 to 4 years between my kids. I would get a period then nothing for a couple
