Hi, glad youre TTCing again! I know that jumping back into it can be difficult. And mid-cycle spotting can be incredibly frustating. It could mean nothing, like the books suggest. Depending on when you ovulated, it could be implantation spotting, and one of the first signs of a new pregnancy. Or it could mean that AF is on its way. The only way to know for sure is to wait it out a few more days until you can reliably test with an HPT.
I asked my doctor if my luteal phase was maybe short or something, and she said it wouldn't matter. The years before last (2005-2008) we TTC and I used the OTC ovulation predictor kits, but I don't know for exact sure how long the LP is. We're going to get O predictor kits again for next month for sure. We took a break, but now we're really ready to hit it head on and not take no for an answer!
I'm sorry, it sucks when you just have no idea what's going on... trust me - I know!
I don't have a theory to the spotting, but I do know that your doc can do a simple blood draw on a certain cycle day to see if you are starting perimenopause - it's not a costly test... my doc only charged me $7... he said that was his cost and he knows I don't have insurance, so he helps me out - maybe you could ask your doc if they would be willing to do the same. Also, there's an over the counter fsh test - I think it's like less than $20 at Target... you pee on the stick on cd3 and simply put, it tells you if you can get pregnant or not, well, basically...
The only times Ive experienced midcycle spotting were cycles immediately following a m/c, after my first m/c the following 2 cycles I had mid cycle spotting, all at different times.
I would guess that CD 13 might be O spotting? And that CD24 could be implantation or early AF spotting or it could be an early m/c. Sorry I dont have a more definitive answer but its hard to tell. @ of my m/cs were early (chemical) & I basically tested + & started spotting the same day or the following. One of mine I had to have a D&C @ 8wks so certainly your body will respond differently to each pregnancy.

Thanks everyone. It is just good to not feel crazy about worrying about those issues.
I am so sorry for your losses.

What are your LPs normally?
