should I be concerned??? When we went in after our miscarriage to discuss things with our doctor i asked about my progestrone level, he said it was a little low. however he didnt offer that info to me at all and even when i asked he acted like ti was no big deal. should it be a big deal or did my level of prog show up low because i was having a miscarriage???????? is this something i need to go back and make him do something about?? (FYI........this was our first preg, 6 weeks, and happened with no complications) Im asking all this because i dont want to ever go through this again so if i can prevent another MC then im going to do everything in my power!

PS thank you for all your help ladies it helps so much!! I dont know what i would do without this board and you ladies sometimes!!

I don't have any advice for you but I wanted you to know that I am going through the SAME thing with my Dr. He said that if I am concerned about it then he will give me progesterone suppositories when I get pg again. Okay, does that make sense?? How will I ever get pg again if my progesterone is low and the baby can't attach itself to the wall?? I am so mad at him right now. But, my DH keeps reassuring me and telling me that my Dr has 30 years of experience and knows what is and what isn't a concern.

But, it is just so hard. I am like you ..if I can do something to prevent it from happening again, I want to do it. It makes me want to go back to med school and become an OBGYN for women that have m/c!
